The Impact you will have in this role: The Senior Client Learning Enablement Specialist will create, curate and publish learning content as well as facilitate instructor-led training with the goal of ensuring that our clients have the resources and information they need to use and optimize their relationship with DTCC's products and services.
Your Primary Responsibilities: - Acts as a consultant for a product or set of products.
- Creates, curates and publishes learning and reference content to educate and empower DTCC clients to use our products.
- Maintains working relationships and uses a consultative approach with Product Management, Integration, RM and other customers and colleagues for information share and to improve client experience.
- Maintains detailed, updated knowledge of relevant DTCC products/services and keeps informed of designated business line strategies and priorities.
- Conducts and coordinates instructor-led training programs optimally via webinars or classroom sessions.
- Supports on-boarding of new clients/users via established New Account Training processes, including needs assessment, outreach and follow up.
- Gathers, analyzes, and participates in reporting on KPIs and metrics to management and business customers.
- Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately.

Qualifications:- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Talents Needed for Success:- Outstanding verbal/written communication, interpersonal, team and consultative skills
- Excellent organizational / project management skills
- Strong technical skills, seeking out and embracing new technologies and approaches, leveraging a variety of tools, including multi-media and platform/LMS capabilities.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience and advanced knowledge of the financial services industry
