Within GR&S, the Enterprise Security and Fraud (ES&F) sub-division is responsible for the global protection of Vanguard crew, property, data, and client assets. We are the trusted advisors that protect the pride of Vanguard with state-of-the-art security and fraud capabilities. In this role, you will:
- Hire, evaluate, and supervise a team. Provide guidance and training to develop team members.
- Oversee product management activities for multiple products, or one strategic product, with cross-divisional impact.
- Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience.
- Provide guidance and coach product teams towards best practices and learnings. Oversee product teams' support of the messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
- Facilitate strong business support through working with team members to promote a consistent approach to decisions/impacts and client propositions. Drive connection across all appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead the planning, development and implementation of new products with cross-divisional impact. Define and analyze markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans.
- Influence and employ a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.
- Participate in and influence ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
What it takes:
- Minimum of eight years related work experience, with at least three years innovation strategy and execution experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
- Product management experience in an agile environment required.
- Formal people leadership managing product teams required.
- Fraud experience required.
