/divdivbr/divdivYou will manage full life-cycle recruitment for open roles across the AI Department. You’ll be responsible for finding the best talent across a diverse slate of professionals. Out of the gate, you’ll foster relationships with hiring leaders, ensure a smooth recruiting process and establish an outstanding candidate experience against a strategy tightly aligned with Bloomberg’s business strategy.

/strong/divdivulliOwn and implement the recruiting strategy for roles within the AI Department
/liliFully understand the needs of your respective hiring managers’ and collaborate with them to lead the full lifecycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level hires across Bloomberg’s AI department
/liliSource candidates directly through external industry networking events and various online recruiting tools
/liliStay on top of market trends affecting the various groups across AI, as well as employment trends, and advising the business on marketplace trends
/liliManage and review resumes, schedule, interview, negotiate offers/close candidates, transition candidates to onboarding team.
/liliProvide continuous feedback to candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders
/liliTeam up with HR business partners, immigration, relocation, and other folks to quickly get the best candidates onboarded
/liliDrive our brand through social media, industry conferences and open house events.
/liliPartner with academic and diversity organizations to improve and enhance our recruitment strategy in addition to building a diverse pipeline of candidates through direct sourcing activities

/strong/divdivulli8+ years of recent recruiting experience, including successful recruitment of experienced professionals within the Artificial Intelligence space.
/liliDeep understanding of AI/ML technologies, familiarity with key concepts such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), neural networks, supervised/unsupervised learning and deep learning
/liliFamiliarity with AI/ML libraries and development frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn) and awareness of Model Deployment amp; Operations (MLOps) tools and practices
/liliExceptional relationship management and negotiation skills, a consultative approach and the ability to influence multiple constituents without direct authority and effectively network within a heavily-matrixed organization
/liliThe ability to execute on assignments and the aptitude to make decisions independently with limited information
/liliExperience using applicant tracking systems, human resources information systems, and other recruiting-related applications
/liliStrong candidate assessment and interviewing skills
