Job Description
The Responsible Investment team is a critical part of Antares, focusing on our fiduciary duty from an investment perspective and as a corporate citizen.
This individual will work closely with the Head of Responsible Investment Strategy and AVP, Responsible Investment Strategy to develop and execute Responsible Investment goals for the firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Execution & Process Partner for Responsible Investment
Drives the external narrative of sharing our Responsible Investment processes and progress with investors and leads reporting deliverables specific to Responsible Investment in an evolving regulatory environment (Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) reporting, Task Force for Climate Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), California climate bills and related assurance readiness, SEC ESG/climate related reporting, and other global reporting requirements as applicable)
Functions as a consistent resource for investment professionals in integrating material ESG factors into the due diligence process
Manages tracking and reporting of ESG-related data to ensure consistency and accuracy
Collaborates with internal stakeholders across various functions, including but not limited to Credit, Investor Relations, Marketing, and Compliance to progress firm-wide Responsible Investment related initiatives
Supports management of relationships with external vendors including consultants and software providers
Participates in industry dialogue and events to stay current on the evolving landscape that informs and shapes Antares’ approach to Responsible Investment
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related area
Familiarity with broader Responsible Investment efforts within Financial Services and/or Antares’ approach to Responsible Investment and our existing processes and tools
Minimum 5-8 years of work experience with prior investment experience in Financial Services or Responsible Investment/ESG preferred
Proven ability to multi-task and highly organized
Proactive and solution-oriented
Strong with data and systems/process development
Collaborative team player
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
REQUIREMENTS
Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
Must be willing to comply with pre-employment screening, including but not limited to drug testing, reference verification, and background check.
Must be willing to work from the Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles or New York office.
New York City and Los Angeles Only: salary ranges are specific to market location; the salary range for this position is USD $150,000 to $195,000 and eligible for annual bonus. Antares takes into consideration an individual’s background, training, transferable skills, business needs, experience and market demands in determining final salary.
