We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Vice President - Global Markets.
To be successful as a Vice President - Global Markets, you should have experience with
Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years experience in the finance and technology industry at either a buy-side or sell-side firm, or exchange in the margin, risk management, technology, treasury or collateral management space
- Strong product knowledge across asset classes
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to design, build and enhance IT stack
- Knowledge of derivatives products and services including the risks associated with them and related operational aspects
Desirable Skills/Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity of risking principles and methodologies with respect to multi-asset portfolios
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn about documentation relating to cash and synthetic prime brokerage including but not limited to: prime brokerage agreements, committed margin agreements, netting agreements, International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) Master Agreements, repo master agreements, equity master confirmation agreements
- Solid understanding of scarce resources, and all aspects of risk management

This role is located in New York.
Minimum Salary: $155,000
Maximum Salary: $250,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any another type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
Purpose of the role
To develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business, maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, and achieve revenue targets.
Accountabilities
- Development and maintenance of relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives.
- Presentation and pitching of financial products and services to clients, tailored to their requirements.
- Liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of client requests.
- Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and industry regulations.
- Collaboration with research analysts and other teams to provide clients with insights and market updates.
- Negotiation of terms and agreements with clients to finalise sales transactions.
