Antares Capital is seeking an experienced Project Manager who will lead and oversee various infrastructure and network projects, such as network installations, system upgrades, application deployments, tech enablement, and infrastructure-as-code type projects. The project manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing the projects, as well as managing the project team, budget, scope, and risks. The project manager will also communicate with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and partners to ensure the successful delivery of the projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ROLE
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, clients, vendors, and partners.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.
- Ensure stakeholder requirements and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Project Management:
- Lead and oversee various infrastructure and network projects, such as network installations, system upgrades, application deployments, and infrastructure-as-code projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocations, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Infrastructure Cross-Functional Support:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure and network projects.
- Ensure alignment between infrastructure projects and overall business objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Oversee the implementation of infrastructure-as-code practices to streamline operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), or ITIL are highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Monday.com, Microsoft Project).
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and network technologies, including network installations, system upgrades, and application deployments.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and their services.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in infrastructure, office buildouts, and network projects.
- Prior work experience in a consulting position within a software and/or services company.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex infrastructure and network projects.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with various stakeholders.
