The Opportunity
We are looking for a Registered Agent Specialist to join our team as part of our U.S. Entity Services team in our Delaware office. As part of our Delaware team you will:
- Interact with internal and external clients to ensure that all entity management tasks and service requests are carried out in accordance with our service agreements and protocols;
- Research and respond to client enquiries and service requests related to the various corporate transactions carried out on all U.S. Secretary of State databases;
- Navigate between multiple U.S. Secretary of State databases efficiently and accurately;
- Prepare, analyze and process corporate transactions and legal documents quickly and accurately;
- Assist with and complete document retrieval requests;
- Maintain, audit and report on data entry of client information in an in-house entity management database; and
- Learn how to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
What You Bring

- This role is suited for an individual with 1-2 years’ of experience in a professional or administrative services environment;
- This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual with well-developed critical thinking skills and possesses the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- The ideal candidate will also have an innate desire to consistently strive for excellence, take pride in carrying out their responsibilities efficiently and with impeccable execution, and proactively looks for opportunities to recommend improvements to systems and processes;
- The individual must also be a self- starter who works well within a team, is energized by a continuous learning environment and possesses an ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is preferred; and
- The aptitude and commitment to continue to learn various IT platforms and additional software skills is essential.
