- New York: the salary range for this role is $275000 to $275000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your team
You’ll be working in the Global Industrials Group (GIG) team as a Director (VP equivalent) as part of the Energy Transition team. You will provide key analytical support in idea origination efforts and transaction execution, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, leveraged buyouts, and execution of equity and debt capital markets transactions.
Your expertise
- a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field
- MBA preferred but not required
- previous experience in an investment banking role covering the energy transition landscape
- solid analytical and quantitative skills
- client and solutions focused, a great communicator
- always looking to expand your skill set, including relationship building
