Morgan Stanley’s North American Fixed Income Research team is looking for a Strategist to join and lead the US Rates Strategy team. The role involves communicating with institutional clients, writing research notes, conducting bespoke analysis, building and maintaining analytical models, and managing a team of US rates strategists. The candidate must possess strong analytical, interpersonal, excel, oral and written communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of commercial bank, life insurance company, and asset manager investment behavior
- Interest rate derivatives analysis

Expected base pay rate for the role will be between $300,000 per year for Executive Director level at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
