The Vice President, Alpha Services Transformation, Strategy & Execution Lead will be responsible for strategy, business and financial analysis related to the execution of the Alpha Services Transformation program.

The Alpha Services Transformation team is looking to hire a Transformation Strategy & Execution Lead that will be responsible for the strategy, business and financial analysis related to the execution of the Alpha Services Transformation program. The Alpha Services Transformation program is responsible for adding value to Alpha by driving revenue, margin, and re-engineering initiatives. Our team members serve as Subject Matter Experts in the Middle Office, Data, Implementation and professional services while overseeing the Alpha Transformation Program.

The successful candidate will have strong transformation and business strategy experience, consultant and program execution skills in the middle-office, professional services, data and software implementation space. In addition, they will demonstrate strong program management, written and verbal communication skills.
What You Are Responsible For
Provide oversight and leadership of all analysis, scoping and management of workstreams/initiatives within the Alpha Services Transformation program
Act as Solution Lead on Alpha initiatives with the Alpha Services Transformation Program
Oversee the impediments with stakeholders, drive program progress, escalate risks and issues, and recommend solutions
Drive the implementation of project changes and govern necessary change management to achieve program goals
Perform financial management oversight of workstreams to enable achievement of transformation financial goals and synergies
Structure and build quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analyses
Apply strong business judgment to surface implications and practical, high impact options
Perform competitor/industry research leveraging both public and non-public sources
Manage the Program governance meetings including project plan consolidation and materials preparation
Translate business challenges into actionable, structured, approach for problem solving
Effectively balance needs and requirements of competing priorities or teams to generate strategic forward-looking outcomes rather than tactical responses
Education And Preferred Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Minimum 15 years financial services experience including Product Management, Strategy Transformation, and strong Program Management experience
Having proven consultant-like experience with strategic experience in areas such as solution architecture, process re-engineering, analysis, and executive presentation skills
Consulting background is considered a significant plus
Industry certifications and/or consulting experience a plus
Proven leadership and program management skills
Proven strong communication, interpersonal, decision-making and negotiation skills
Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of management
Ability to influence and work collaboratively across multiple organizations to reach common goals
Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Adaptability and energy to excel with dynamic, evolving priorities
Creative, innovative mindset; not afraid to propose new ways to solve existing problems
Ability to understand broad scope of Alpha: including internal teams, clients, and vendor point of views
Competencies required: demonstrated business strategy transformation, strong middle-office skills, strong project management skills, analytical/problem solving skills, business/industry knowledge, communication versatility, information technology acumen, teamwork and leadership, written and verbal skills
Strong skills in Microsoft Office and able to use advanced features of PowerPoint and Excel Sharepoint, project management and reporting automation skills

Salary Range
$135,000 - $210,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
