Position Summary
This position is within Acadia. Acadia is wholly owned by LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) and is part of its Post Trade division.
This Manager of Client Engagement (Collateral Workflow) role is part of Acadia’s Client Engagement team! The focus of the role is to assist existing and newly signed clients with onboarding to our collateral workflow product along with managing day to day questions. The ideal candidate must be familiar with collateral systems and associated workflow.
The role is client facing and the individual will work as a project manager with our product implementation team to establish clients on the application. The individual should be comfortable discussing collateral processing with subject matter experts. The candidate will also assist with discussions & implementations of other Acadia products related to the collateral activity. Note this position does not have direct reports.
Role Responsibilities
- Interact directly with clients to define requirements for the implementation of Acadia’s collateral management solution.
- Assist with implementation of Acadia products downstream from Collateral Manager
- Participate in resolution of production issues related to all aspects of Collateral Manager.
Experience and Qualifications Required
- 8+ years of experience working with collateral systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized with an ability to prioritize effectively and meet established target dates
