As the Head of Retirement Insights, Data & Analytics, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the strategic direction for Broadridge’s retirement related software and data services. Reporting to the Head of Fi360, you will work with the team to extract insights from Broadridge’s data sets and marry them with knowledge and research on market dynamics. Your thought leadership focused on enabling financial intermediaries will educate our clients, drive product innovation, and inform our go-to-market execution.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Create and present novel thought leadership based on Broadridge’s data assets and associated services
- Serve as business leader for multiple retirement market software and data product offerings, driving existing revenue and margin opportunities with enhanced go-to-market approaches
- Support sales efforts associated with Fi360’s, helping hold sales accountable for systematic market engagement
- Assist in the development of strategic frameworks by analyzing Data & Analytics’ existing capabilities relative to retirement market software and data needs, identifying emerging trends, and understanding the competitive landscape
- Identify and support the pursuit of new business opportunities to expand our market presence Including new software and data product/service offerings and collaborations
- Build effective and collaborative relationships with other Broadridge teams to ensure alignment on projects and deliverables
- Support the development of long-term strategic roadmap
- Design, drive, and support various kinds of strategic analysis to inform company decision making
- Collaborate with our international team to ‘think globally and act locally’, opportunistically expanding our retirement footprint outside the US, and applying non-US best practices here
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- CFA preferred
- Deep knowledge of fiduciary advising regulations and trends
- Demonstrated experience creating novel research for advisor home offices, asset managers, and/or record keepers
- 10+ years proven experience in research, strategy, or business development roles
- Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities and grow revenue and profits
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong listening and influencing skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly developed communication and presentations skills with the ability to effectively communicate and present complex concepts and issues to business partners.
- Demonstrates high integrity, diplomacy and discretion
- Great collaborative skills, highly motivated team player with a positive mindset
