The HR Operations Analyst will work as part of a global team supporting areas from onboarding/offboarding to immigration and background screening. You will have the ability to learn about the HR Operations process and overall Human Resources functions.
Qualifications
Manage I-9 verification process for all new employees.
Provide back up support for urgent data changes and same day terminations in Oracle HCM.
Support lateral hiring onboarding with day to day activities including background screening, candidate and manager communication and ensuring onboarding is completed in a timely basis.
Manage Campus Recruiting background screening (starting Jan 2025)
Provide assistance in ordering and distributing employee long service awards.
Experience and/or aptitude for mapping processes in either PowerPoint or Visio.
Provide support on various projects involving automation and AI.
