Fund Accountant, Alternatives Finance – Fort Lauderdale

The role will be based in Fort Lauderdale, FL with the expectation of a hybrid work model.
PineBridge Investments is seeking a Fund Accountant to join the Alternatives Finance team, supporting Private Credit. This role will be at the Senior Associate or Vice President level.
Primary Responsibilities:
Take ownership of Private Credit Fund I and separately managed accounts
Lead finance responsibility for Private Credit Fund I and separately managed accounts
Review and validate monthly NAV packages for Private Credit Fund I prepared by the fund administrator
Review and validate Private Credit separately managed accounts’ quarterly management fees and account expenses
Review and validate quarterly financial statements for Private Credit Fund I prepared by the fund administrator
Coordinate with external auditors during annual audit
Oversee Private Credit Fund I investment activities and review related legal documents
Review and validate distribution and contribution notices to investors
Monitor and manage Private Credit Fund I expenses and vendor payments
Assist with regulatory reporting and compliance
Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and run rates
Drive Ad hoc projects and initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
CPA preferred, but not required
4-5 years of Finance/Accounting experience in the private equity industry (i.e. prior experience in other private equity firms, fund administrators, or public accounting firms working on private equity clients)
Excellent attention to detail with a sense of urgency and follow-through
Strong ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Salary Range: $120,000-140,000 annually + bonus + benefits
