The Impact you will have in this role:The Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) is a central and independent group within the CFO Organization that provides oversight and governance for portfolios, programs, initiatives and projects across the various Business and Functional areas within DTCC. An EPMO Project Manager is responsible for independently managing projects or workstreams of enterprise projects from initiation through closure. The position requires a professional with the right mix of relevant experience and skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a high level of energy and flexibility to get things done and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented product development environment
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Independently plan and manage small to mid-size projects or workstreams of large projects from initiation through closure. Ensure results meet project sponsor and collaborator expectations.
- Work closely with partners across the organization to plan and develop milestones, scope, required resources, budget, and work plan for assigned projects
- Define the project governance structure; establish processes for proactive project management oversight and decision-making support throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Produce and maintain project reports for partners to provide transparency and facilitate efficient decision-making
- Lead project team meetings ensuring that project obstacles, issues and risks are surfaced, documented and addressed; Ensure senior management remains up to date on status and supports the mitigation of risks and resolution of issues; Drive effective risk mitigation and ‘path to green’
- Support the Portfolio Manager by performing various aspects of the project management lifecycle for initiatives assigned, adhere to project management methodologies, standards and tools as defined by the EPMO

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Proficient with MS Office suite (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proficient with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, HP PPM, Jira)
- Agile experience preferred
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred
The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
