Job Summary
The Sales Enablement Specialist will manage sales tools, create compelling training materials, and lead onboarding and training sessions. With a strong focus on collaboration and analysis, work cross-functionally to streamline processes and turn data into actionable strategies that enhance sales performance.
Responsibilities
Sales Enablement:
- Act as an administrator of various sales tools such as Preqin, Gong and Zoominfo. Specific tasks include:
- Managing user accounts
- Developing training materials and best practices
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting
- Offering one-on-one support
- Analyzing tool usage and performance metrics
- Conduct one-on-one and small group training sessions for onboarding new sales hires.
- Organize comprehensive training sessions for the entire sales organization.
- Identify knowledge gaps within the sales team and collaborate with subject matter experts to produce and deliver effective training content.
- Work collaboratively across departments to streamline and train on sales processes that impact other teams.
Sales Operations/Analysis
- Analyze data from various sales tools to uncover actionable insights that can enhance sales performance.
- Monitor and compile reports on key sales metrics.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of sales processes and workflows.
- Assist in forecasting and pipeline analysis efforts.
- Partner with the sales operations team to maintain data integrity and accuracy in sales reporting.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in areas like sales enablement, sales, supporting sales teams, sales operations, education, or similar roles.
- An action-oriented individual with a knack for quick learning.
- Strong aptitude for assimilating and training others on new technologies.
- Ability to adapt swiftly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and straightforward communication skills.
- Excellent presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in creating engaging content using PowerPoint.
- Analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis to derive actionable sales insights.
Education/Certifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in fields such as Business, Sales, Information Systems, Technology, Communications, Education, Finance, or an Associates Degree with relevant experience.

- The target compensation for this role is specific to the U.S. Your estimated compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, licensures and/or certifications, and the local market. The estimated range for the role is $76,000 to $90,000.
