Job Overview
Pretium Enterprise Services (PES) is seeking a Manager, Process Excellence to join our team in the private equity sector. In this role, you will be responsible for leading initiatives aimed at optimizing and enhancing business processes to improve efficiency, quality, and overall performance. You will analyze current processes and workflows to produce visuals that support identifying areas of improvement and prioritize efforts to achieve operational excellence. You will do this by working closely with various teams throughout the Pretium ecosystem to ensure processes are streamlined, standardized, and aligned with organizational goals.
The preferred locations for this opportunity are Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Scottsdale, AZ; or Jacksonville, FL.
What You’ll Do
- Process analysis and improvement: conduct thorough assessments of existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and process mapping to design and implement process improvements.
- Project management: lead and manage process excellence projects from initiation through to completion; monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Performance measurement: define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of process improvements; analyze performance data for a specified time period to evaluate the impact of process changes, ensure stabilization, and identify further opportunities for optimization; transition ownership to business for continuous monitoring.
- Cross-functional collaboration: facilitate workshops and meetings to drive process improvement initiatives and engage stakeholders from different departments; partner with Controls & Process Assurance to review process and controls design prior to implementation.
- Best practices and innovation: remain current on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies related to process excellence; identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness while promoting a culture of continuous improvement throughout the ecosystem for both existing and new or acquired product lines.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a related field. Advance degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt) are highly desirable.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in process improvement, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading and delivering process optimization projects. Experience in Investment Management, Private Equity, or Financial Services.
- Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; effective communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and drive change across various levels of the organization.
- Vaccination against Covid-19 is required, except where prohibited pursuant to state or local law.
