We strive to be the most innovative firm in the industry today, tomorrow, and long into the future while upholding ethical excellence. We believe that CTC makes a positive impact on the markets, the lives of our employees, and all the communities to which we belong. Started in 1995 by a team of forward-thinking Traders, we are proud to call ourselves an industry leader that keeps making markets and each other better.
Born out of Chicago Trading Company, CTC Capital Management is an asset manager operating nine investment vehicles, with over $200MM of committed capital under management. Our strict adherence to principles and processes, discipline, in depth analysis, and sizing enable the company to successfully invest in alternative strategies with a lean towards real estate, life settlements, fund of funds, and private equity. We focus on generating strong IRR returns by discovering opportunities in asset classes that may require longer hold times and use varying degrees of leverage. CTC Capital Management's real estate division invests in apartment communities in need of recapitalization, repositioning, renovation, and ground-up development.
