Shaw Renewable Investments (“DESRI”) is seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to join its team as a manager or senior manager of people operations, title to be commensurate based on experience. DESRI is a market-leading owner and operator of renewable energy projects throughout the United States. We have acquired or developed approximately 10 gigawatts of contracted capacity across a portfolio of over 70 renewable energy projects in 24 states. You’ll provide daily compensation and benefits support for our programs and work closely with third parties to ensure compliance and timely reporting. You’ll be tasked with running payroll, ensuring state and federal labor law compliance, managing leave, and handling immigration matters. In addition, you’ll benchmark plans and offer cost-effective options to provide best-in-class benefits and support to employees. You’ll manage vendor relationships with brokers, the ASO, and other third parties to resolve tech issues and ensure excellent support. You’ll provide guidance on operational issues and processes, partner with cross-functional teams, audit human capital operations, and generate proactive reports to provide insights to leadership on business and people decisions. Over the next few years, you’ll help us bring all people operations internal for both the U.S. and India teams, and help develop longer-term compensation and benefits programs and strategies.
