Scope
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Real Estate Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the company’s real estate portfolio, including lease administration, project management and development and reporting of real estate metrics.
This individual will help analyze real estate opportunities and contribute to the strategic decision-making process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in corporate real estate management and leverage their hands-on experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Global Head of Corporate Real Estate to support lease evaluations, negotiations, renewals, and transactions.
- Assist with real estate transactions, including site selection and lease negotiations. Prepare financial models to evaluate opportunities and prepare presentations for consideration by senior management and stakeholders.
- Track, analyze, and report on key real estate metrics, including occupancy rates, lease expirations, cost per square foot, utilization rates, and overall occupancy costs.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor and report on the performance of the company’s real estate portfolio.
- In collaboration with outsourced Lease Administrator (Savills), support lease administration activities, including tracking of key dates, processing of rent payments, issuance and refunds of security deposits as necessary and compliance monitoring.
- Process subtenant receivables and track receipt of payments accordingly.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process for real estate-related expenses.
- Support the development of space planning, workplace optimization, and sustainability initiatives.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Conduct site visits to oversee project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with external project managers to prepare documentation for TI allowance reimbursements. Track receipt of payments and balances due.
- Monitor real estate trends and market conditions to assist in making strategic recommendations.
- Participate in cross-functional projects that drive the efficiency and effectiveness of real estate operations.
- Assist with ad hoc real estate projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate real estate, property management, or a related field (internships excluded).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling is a plus.
- Familiarity with real estate management software and databases.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Frequent travel required (likely 50% of the time)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience with metrics tracking or data analysis in a corporate setting.
- Familiarity with lease management, space planning, or facility management.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and benchmarking.
Salary Range
Houlihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation. The firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is:
$115,000.00-$140,000.00
Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience and the location where this position may be filled.
