We have an exciting opportunityfor a Senior Operations Manager who will oversee the daily operations of the ACA offices and team, while managing real estate planning functions. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong ability to manage projects, and knowledge of real estate markets and practices. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a changing environment and who has a strong desire to grow in their role. This role will be based in our New York Headquarters.
What you’ll do:
- Manage office operations, including supply procurement, facility maintenance, and vendor management.
- Coordinate administrative functions such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining office records.
- Supervise and support administrative staff, ensuring productivity and performance.
- Assist in planning and executing real estate projects with senior management.
- Negotiate office lease agreements and subleases.
- Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and on matters related to ACA offices.
- Coordinate the refurbishing of offices.
- Prepare and manage budgets for office operations and real estate projects.
- Monitor expenses related to real estate initiatives and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for real estate inquiries, liaising with stakeholders, and external partners.
- Organize and coordinate office events and meetings, including preparing agendas and materials.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on office efficiency and real estate project statuses to upper management.
To Qualify for the role, you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of related experience
