The Opportunity:
- The Sales Executive is responsible for prospecting and identifying opportunities to sell ACA Group (“ACA”) products and services. The individual in this position is talented, competitive, thrives in a quick sales cycle environment, and will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives. (Highly desired locations: NYC/Tri-state, Pittsburgh, Chattanooga, Portland, Boston, Chicago, Florida, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, or Houston)
What you’ll do:
- Liaise with sales leadership and maintain strong working relationships with other sales team members.
- Develop meaningful relationships with prospects and clients to encourage trust and loyalty.
- Create prospecting plans to develop leads and referrals.
- Conduct outreach and follow-up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.
- Understand and answer questions related to our products and services.
- Use excellent oral communication and best sales practices when interacting with prospects and clients.
- Achieve monthly goals and objectives set by leadership.
- Develop and continuously improve sales skills to increase conversion and success rates.
- Successfully complete internal training programs with intention and desire to transition to outside sales.

To Qualify for the role, you will have:
- 1+ years of experience in lead generation or commission-based sales.
- Knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices and techniques.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred – major or concentration in business, finance or related field preferred.
- Proficient or willingness to become proficient in the use of Salesforce or other CRM tools to assist with prospecting, tracking leads, and pipeline management.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, and the Internet preferred.
