Job Summary:
Cohen & Steers is seeking a Senior Associate in the Product Marketing group. This position will focus on real assets, infrastructure and energy. This will include developing and maintaining the full suite of marketing collateral (presentations, sales flyers, product briefs, brochures, etc.) for the firm's product offerings to support the global distribution efforts across channels. In addition, the individual will support the messaging of the product and become a subject matter expert. Major Responsibilities/Activities:
- Collaborate with senior product marketer in the development of new messaging and content during quarterly updates of new presentations and collateral.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing collateral in meeting service level agreements.
- Own and update standard materials within the product selling system on a routine basis.
- Manage the presentation and sales collateral library.
- Partner with marketing group in developing messaging, marketing strategies, content, and campaigns for both institutional and retail investor base.
- Liaise and support sales in client requests, sales ideas, and product related questions.
- Stay abreast of market trends that impact the product line, including threats to existing strategies and opportunities for growth.
- Engage with partners within Product, Investments, Distribution and other departments across the firm to ensure successful support on all messaging of the product offering.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3-5 years+ of investment-related experience. Prior investment management experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience required
- Ability to proactively collaboratively across departments to achieve team objectives
- Strong written, analytical and presentation skills
- Knowledge of real assets, infrastructure and energy investments is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and complete projects on a timely basis
