We are currently seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Utilizing your prior full-life cycle recruiting experience and a knack for building relationships and identifying talent, you will partner with management across the organization to identify and hire top talent.
Qualifications needed include:
- Bachelor’s degree or, in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certifications and professional and/or military experience may be considered.
- At least 3 years recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws
- Ability to integrate HR/Business and recruiting practices
- Interest in building early career talent pipelines and relationships a plus
This position works a hybrid arrangement which includes the ability to work in our downtown Pittsburgh and/or Warrendale locations as well as remotely.
