Broadridge is hiring! In this role, you will build and maintain relationships while facilitating all required tasks and meeting deliverables in the Annual Meeting process for our Proxy Shareholder Voting season.

This is a seasonal contract role expected to last through June 2025.We are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
Works with ShareLink/Streetlink client base to efficiently plan proxy and interim distributions for registered and beneficial shareholder bases
Provide timely and accurate updates to clients regarding mailing status, voting, and other inquiries and issues that may arise during the project
Partners with other CCS team members, as well as other departments, to continually add efficiency to the Streetlink and ShareLink processes as well as to increase client satisfaction
Appropriately communicates and escalates external client concerns to avoid unnecessary personal and client anxiety
Updates and monitors internal reports to ensure each campaign's timely and efficient progress
Supports and contributes to the Broadridge culture by maintaining and permeating an above-the-line attitude
Qualifications:
4 - 5 years' experience with project or relationship management within proxy/financial services environment with resultant knowledge of the securities industry and related products preferred
Strong Client Services background
Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills
Excellent ability to understand the scope of each project, prioritize tasks, and effectively manage time
Education and/or experience equivalent to a BS degree in Business Administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word and working knowledge of Access

Salary range: $28.00-$35.00 per hour.
