The Role
We are seeking a talented Business Support Associate to support the Global Systematic & Index COO Team at Schonfeld. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, personable, highly organized, and capable of managing a diverse workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.
What You’ll Do
This is a role with many hats; this candidate will be responsible for extensive scheduling and calendar management, taking meeting notes, preparing agendas for meetings, expenses, build PowerPoint decks, adopt process driven workflow management and reporting tools, and help with ad-hoc projects as needed. They will serve as a gatekeeper and will work to establish administrative processes and routines to optimize team success. Additional responsibilities will include arranging domestic and international travel, itineraries.

What you need:
- 2-4 years of administrative and light project management experience
- Team player with exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new software and technologies
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple streams of information & tasks
- Process driven and very strong attention to detail
- A self-starter, solutions focused, problem solver
- Personable, mature, and poised under pressure
- Team player
We’d Love If You Had
- Familiarity with SQL
- Familiarity with Atlassian ecosystem (e.g. Confluence, Jira,Trello)
- Project management experience across a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to identify, consolidate, and maintain centralized institutional knowledge
- Interest in the financial industry

The base pay for this role is expected to be between $80,000 and $120,000. The expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance bonus and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
