Broadridge Customer Communications (BRCC) develops end-to-end cloud communications platforms for creating, delivering, and managing omni-channel communications and customer engagements. BRCC enables the distribution of over 7 Billion critical communications a year across multiple industries such as financial services, healthcare, insurance, consumer finance, telecommunications, utilities, and other service industries
We are building an elite team to drive financial insight and strategy at Broadridge. The Finance team brings understanding and predictability to the company’s core operations, and we work closely with our key business partners to accelerate long-term growth for Broadridge. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to gain deep knowledge of the Broadridge business, as well as exposure to senior leaders across the organization.
The Manager – BRCC Digital Finance role is responsible for leading financial planning and analysis activities, developing advanced financial models, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. This position will collaborate with senior business leaders on month-end reporting, long range planning, and other ad-hoc financial analyses. This position will work alongside senior leaders in Finance in a fast-paced environment and assist in high profile projects to drive transformation. This Manager should be a dynamic individual who can work closely with senior leaders and has the ambition to drive change.
This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote and meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders in the financial management and direction of the business, including the development and implementation of business strategies, growth opportunities and operational goals
- Manage all core finance processes (budgets, pacing, estimate updates, long-range plans) for the BRCC Digital organization
- Develop and implement forward-looking financial models, product profitability metrics, ad-hoc analyses to improve financial performance
- Conduct financial analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives to accelerate growth
- Identify and create proposals for process improvement initiatives
- Build and manage relationships with multiple business partners to review financial performance and opportunities
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in corporate development, strategic finance, investment banking, or management consulting
- Strong analytical and financial skills with deep understanding of structuring deals
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, big data environments, and data visualization
- Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas to actionable messages
- Proactive mindset with a desire to drive change
- Highly collaborative with the ability to influence multiple internal partners to drive results in a matrixed environment
Salary range $105,000- $ 110,000. Bonus Eligible.
