The Role
We’re seeking a highly-motivated Integrated Marketing Manager to join our brand and GTM team, which is responsible for our consumer brand, and the development, execution and measurement of our full-funnel of consumer marketing
campaigns from brand through to demand, across all channels. In this role, you’ll support the design and management of our consumer marketing program across paid and owned media channels. You’ll work with partners across the company to design innovative marketing strategies for new and existing products, and work hand-in-hand with our creative team to launch outstanding campaigns which hit our objectives.

We’ll Trust You To
Manage delivery of our marketing campaigns from end-to-end: across a wide range of products & business objectives - from our biggest launch moments to tactical promotions
Own our marketing calendar: coordination across marketing channel owners to keep the marketing calendar up to date and hitting our objectives; and communicate with wider stakeholders
Lead our reporting on holistic campaign performance, driving best-in-class measurement in collaboration with our Martech team
Coordinate with the newsroom, our digital product team, and other partners across the business to make sure we’re bringing the best of our product to audiences
Provide thoughtful recommendations to improve integrated campaign performance using data and feedback
You’ll Need To Have
5+ years experience in marketing, either in-house or in an agency - media industry or digital subscription experience a bonus but not required
Experience managing marketing campaigns for different objectives from upper to lower funnel, and for a variety of products
Tight-knit collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
Strong project management skills and organization - experience working with project management tools is a bonus
Strong analytical skills; demonstrated ability to find insights within reporting and clearly communicate them to stakeholders
Ability to brief our data team to get the reporting which will give you these insights, as well as conduct analysis yourself - this requires confidence in MS Excel, and GA4
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
