The Impact you will have in this role:
Responsible for managing the talent acquisition selection process for new staff at a professional level. Individuals in this role may be responsible for one level of staff (i.e. exempt) or for lateral talent acquisition for a specific business unit. They will support DTCC's talent acquisition policy and offer advice on all aspects of the talent acquisition and selection process. People in this role may also be responsible for managing relationships with third-party vendors. Individuals in this position could be charged with talent acquisition of executives into the firm. Other activities may include conducting research, implementing robust searching strategies and negotiating sophisticated employment offers to attract highly-skilled and credentialed candidates.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage full life cycle of the recruitment process from initial brief, candidate contact, interview cycle and offer while working seamlessly with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts – must be able to market the organization, answer questions, and communicate status
- Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers, key leadership with hiring and employment data.
- Manage external recruitment activities, event planning and execution, positioning DTCC as the employer of choice
- Participate in off-site recruiting events
- Partner with core recruiting teams to track and build long-term relationships with top-notch candidates
- Actively participate in internship program planning, execution and continuous improvement, including community service, networking and lunch and learn events
- Seek out opportunities to build relationships with non-core schools and key diversity organizations
- Track and report on recruiting results to identify areas for process and performance improvements, including development and support of diversity recruiting efforts
- Establish and maintain a central calendar of recruitment timelines, events and projects
- Create, analyze and distribute reports detailing hiring metrics and conversion rates
- Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
Qualifications:
- 7 +years of related Recruitment management experience
- 4+ years of IT recruiting experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- 5+ years of IT recruiting or equivalent
- 3+ years of Relationship management experience
- Experience supporting IT Stakeholders within a Corporate environment
- Proficient with Market Research tools, Labor markets and digital sourcing tools
- Proficient with data and business analysis to drive decision making
- Familiar with current laws/legal requirement concerning recruitment and employment, EEO, ADA, labor relations, etc.
The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
