What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the Head of the US Capital Markets Senior Relationship Management Office (the “US SRMO”), Director & Manager will help establish the US SRMO and eventually oversee it’s day-to-day functioning. The US SRMO is intended to lead collaboration across the platform of identification and coverage of the most important US clients. The purpose is to “institutionalize” such target US client relationships and help evolve them into sustainable long term revenue contributors with multiple touchpoints across the platform. The US SRMO would confirm and/or establish comprehensive coverage teams against each such target client and coordinate visits to the clients to discuss holistically our Bank’s capabilities and identify opportunities to do more with the client and/or improve the existing dialogue. Moreover, the US SRMO will track and measure relationship progress and hold quarterly internal meetings about each of the targeted clients to discuss such progress and identify opportunities to advance the relationship. The US SRMO in coordination with the specific product coverage teams will decide whether a client should be added or subtracted from the target client list and identify what activities might further advance the relationship.
Working closely with the Head of US Capital Markets and other key stakeholders, the US SRMO would also help identify strategic gaps and opportunities for the development of services and products meeting clients’ needs. The Director & Manager of US SRMO would help document such gaps and coordinate with Head of SRMO and Strategy & Corporate Development on opportunities to address such gaps.

This includes, among other things, coordinating the identification of clients to be included within the SRMO mandate, establishing a business intelligence strategy to support the SRMO mandate, and building an ongoing value add reporting function as well as ad hoc analysis and project support for the US SRMO.
Once the US SRMO has been established, the Director & Manager of US SRMO would be responsible for running its day-to day activities. The role would help coordinate Head of SRMO client visits, including collaborating with the relevant Lines of Business and developing materials to be presented to target clients. It would also coordinate internal presentations for US SRMO reporting.
The role would expect to grow a small team of customer-centric analytics and reporting professionals, collaborating with both the IT organization and Lines of Business to turn data into actionable business insights.
