Reporting directly to the CFO, the Executive Director of Finance will lead the FP&A, Treasury, and Procurement functions at Enfusion, partnering closely with key stakeholders across the business and driving the FP&A function as a proven center of analytical excellence. The role will interface directly with Enfusion’s CEO, CFO, COO, CRO, and many other leaders across the firm.
What You’ll Do
- Play a critical role in driving the financial planning, consolidation, and analysis processes across Enfusion’s global operations
- Direct and coordinate financial planning and budget management functions that will assist the CFO, the Board of Directors, and other senior leaders
- Recommend benchmarks & KPIs for measuring the financial and operating performance of the firm
- Own the annual planning process and ongoing rolling forecasts by setting company targets and tracking/reporting performance relative to plan, including forecasting and planning all 3 statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statements)
- Work with department managers to develop both short-term and long-term business plans
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to drive business strategy, improve efficiency, and maximize ROI
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for presentation to executive management, investors and the Board of Directors
- Own and develop tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement of SaaS metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) working cross-functionally across the company
- Own and maintain domestic and international bank accounts, responsible for all funding and wire requests
- Oversee the organization's Procurement team
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, or the equivalent internal FP&A experience at a best-in-class company
- Experience with B2B SaaS and a keen understanding of SaaS metrics (preferred)
- Strong executive leadership skills with experience in growing and leading a team of finance professionals
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
- Experience with reporting requirements in a public company environment
- Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections
- Working knowledge of short- and long-term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets
- Results-oriented, with a proven ability to prioritize and deliver quality work in a challenging, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to “craft the story” for a cross-functional audience
The salary for this position is $200,000 - $230,000 + bonus + benefits.
