About the Role:
The Team:
OSTTRA Professional Services, FX & Securities, is looking for a highly motivated experienced Project Manager who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment to join our diverse global Project Management team.
Responsibilities and Impact:
1) Host Project Kick-off calls and run weekly project calls:
Throughout the duration of the project the PM will run a weekly (at least) call with the internal project team, and with the client's project team, to provide progress update, relay risks & issues to be resolved/mitigated and ensure next steps and timelines are understood and agreed. This call will require the following:
⮚Pre-call agenda to be distributed
⮚Call notes and action items to be taken and distributed post call within 24 hours
2) The PM will ensure that the project artifacts are kept up to date on a daily basis via the current project management system:
Project Plan dates & associated Milestones
Statuses: Individual Task and Overall RAG
RAID Log updates
Project narrative comments.
Effort tracked against tasks
3) Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
4) Managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage, escalating when necessary
5) Tracking Projects progress against the baseline dates as agreed at the start of the project
6) Assigning Stakeholder Resources from Technical Project Management, Development, QA, Infrastructure and Application Support from either Traiana or Serv as required for each project ensuring that the dates for the resource are kept in line with the progress of the project.
7) Engage with clients, internal stakeholders, and project teams across the organization such as Solution Design, Sales, Technical Project Management, Development, Quality Assurance, Application Support, Product

9) Timeline Management: The PM will escalate any client disengagement, material changes in project timelines, issues, or risks as appropriate internal or external stakeholders.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $150,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.

What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
3-5 years experience working in the Financial Services industry.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to autonomously prioritize workload.
Ability to appoint and manage project stakeholders outside of OSTTRA critical to the delivery of the project for the client.
Direct client interaction experience.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of projects across many OSTTRA Business Areas within the FX&S Professional Services remit.
Ability to manage and lead a diverse portfolio of projects ranging in complexity at any one time.
An enthusiastic and proactive attitude coupled with a collaborative spirit.
Project Management experience coordinating activities across cross-functional teams for the duration of the project and driving performance from these groups to successful project completion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly detail-oriented approach to work.
Ability to delegate tasks to the right individuals.
