Job Description
We currently have a Client IT Engineer position open in our technology group. The primary focus of the position is to provide remote technical and troubleshooting support for IQEQ Partners and our clients. Working as part of a team providing onsite support for local clients.
- Serve as a primary technical resource
- Provide helpdesk support
- Diagnose technology issues and provide input on solutions
- Establish, document, and implement technology processes and procedures
- Ensure the IT group exceeds the expectations of the user community
- Manage small and medium scale IT projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years relevant work experience providing tier 1 and tier 2 level IT support
- Prior Office 365 experience including Cloud Services such as Azure, or on-premises Microsoft Exchange Server, Lync Server, SharePoint Server
- Windows desktop and server
- System Management tools such as Active Directory/Group Policy/Labtech - RMM Tools
- Cloud SaaS Management experience
- Helpdesk ticketing system experience. ConnectWise is preferred
- Networking experience with basic understanding of routers, VLANs, NAT, and VPN
- Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to travel within a 2-hour radius of the designated area to visit client sites

- Network Firewalls, Cisco Meraki
- Firewall configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Additional Information
Salary based on experience and location ($65,000-$85,000) and full benefits package offered.
