Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on roles in quantitative trading, financial technology, or related domains.
- Strong understanding of the quantitative trading landscape, including typical roles, skill requirements, and industry-specific challenges.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.) and applicant tracking systems.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of liaising with senior-level candidates and hiring teams.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making in recruitment.
- Familiarity with financial services or a genuine interest in quantitative finance is highly desirable.
