About This Role
The Wells Fargo-branded credit card team manages a portfolio of consumer credit card products designed to drive responsible and sustainable growth in a competitive market. Over the past three years, we have successfully launched five new cards, including Active Cash, Reflect, Attune, Autograph & Autograph Journey, to reestablish Wells Fargo's credit card offering and commitment to our customers. The Senior Strategy Consultant will be at the forefront of driving change to support the WF-branded credit card growth agenda. You will engage with the Credit Card leadership team, subject matter experts and key stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that deliver responsible and profitable growth. Your insights and analysis will help to identify growth opportunities, resolve constraints, and guide leadership to shape the future of Wells Fargo's branded credit card business.
Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for working with Credit Card leadership, the branded Credit Card product team, and stakeholders to:
- Develop and maintain the branded Credit Card strategic growth plan
- Drive the development & implementation of the branded card investment roadmap
- Manage a select portfolio of large-scale, cross-functional branded credit card investments
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve investment prioritization and the delivery of the branded credit card strategic plan
This team member will be responsible for the design and delivery of the branded credit card investment roadmap. The role requires a combination of strategic planning, business transformation, consulting, risk management, partner management and communications.
In This Role, You Will
- Lead the branded credit card investment planning process, work with credit card product leadership and key stakeholders to establish investment priorities and delivery objectives
- Function as an advisor to branded credit card leadership to improve investment performance, including delivering data-driven recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders
- Manage Wells Fargo partners and key stakeholders to identify critical dependencies and secure commitment to deliver the branded card investment roadmap
- Lead teams of subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop data-driven recommendations that support branded credit card investment prioritization and strategic plan decision-making
- Develop and implement a communications plan to achieve broad alignment on branded credit card investment priorities and delivery objectives
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Banking experience, specifically within credit card
- Consulting experience demonstrating an ability to rapidly adapt to change, manage ambiguity and function in a matrixed organizational environment
- Effectively coordinate, communicate, influence, and manage team members, partners & a diverse set of WF stakeholders, managing broad guidelines and creating actional recommendations
- Strong senior-executive level leader presence with ability to synthesize complex information in a manner that informs and influences effectively
- Structured analytical thinker, problem-solver and communicator; excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Robust data and analysis skills with a proven ability to generate actionable, data-driven recommendations and solutions
- Keen sense of ownership and decision-making skills around impacts; operates with a sense of urgency and routinely goes above and beyond

- Minimal travel: ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
