Job Description:
Brand center & governance associate
You will be joining the Brand strategy and integrated marketing team. This is a dynamic team that leads brand strategy, multi-channel campaigns, and sponsorships. You’ll be responsible for evolving our brand center and resources, ongoing digital asset management of our brand center, managing our brand governance mailbox, brand training, and have the opportunity to support program managing integrated campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution and redesign of our digital brand center
- Lead recommendations on how and what should be evolved on the brand center leveraging existing data and audits
- Program manage the brand center relaunch including setting a schedule, deadlines and holding partners accountable.
- Day to day vendor manager for brand center (Adjistics)
- Metadata management: Adding information (Alt descriptions, tags, image descriptions) to digital assets to help organize and search for them
- Asset organization: Ensuring digital assets are organized effectively
- Quality control: Ensuring digital assets meet quality standards
- Copyright compliance: Ensuring digital assets comply with copyright laws and handing on going compliance reviews
- User training: Training users on how to use the brand center management system
- Digital preservation: Ensuring digital assets are preserved
- Best practices: Implementing best practices for digital asset management
- Industry trends: Monitoring industry trends related to digital asset management
- Software and tools: Managing software and tools used for digital asset management.
- Collaboration and communication: Working effectively with designers and editors to ensure it's meeting the needs of our organization
- Conduct audits: Identify gaps and redundancies in the site content.
- Reporting and analytics for the brand center including recommending optimizations.
- Collect ongoing feedback from users on the brand center.
- Serve as content manager and subject matter expert for the Brand Center website
- Maintain brand center on going e.g. create new pages in the CMS, upload new documents or assets as needed.
- Lead brand governance - Manage the brand mailbox resolve and/or escalate key questions / decisions as needed
- Develop brand trainings for the organization
Support integrated marketing managers on campaigns as a program manager
Preferred skills:
- 5-7 years of experience as a program / project manager and or web / platform manager.
- Vendor management experience
- Expertise in platform/ web management
- Very organized and detail oriented
- Some brand marketing and/or brand visual identity experience – understands how to interpret brand guidelines and enforce rules
- Communicates effectively / clearly – will be communicating and interacting with stakeholders across the business
- Ability to manage their own projects and work independently
- Ability to take feedback and direction
- Collaborative
