What You’ll Do
We are seeking an
Assistant Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who are ability to learn and grow in the financial planning industry. With mentorship and hands-on experience, this role offers a clear pathway to paraplanner and advisory positions within the firm.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and manage calendars for senior advisors, ensuring seamless scheduling of client meetings.
- Cash Flow Analysis and Presentations: Assist with preparing and delivering financial analyses, reports, and client presentations.
- Operations Support: Provide administrative and technical support to the operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day workflows.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related area (new grads welcome to apply)
- 1+ years of Financia services experience (including internships)
- Strong operational and technical proficiencies.
- Exceptional resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in small teams.
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
