Job Description
Highly senior professional who is able to independently handle large sophisticated clients who are active market participants. Project management is a must which includes managing people on a team with common goals. Coordinates closely with the Senior Business Development Officers and Associates, Senior Project Managers, and Senior Fund Managers to make sure their investor financial needs are met in each phase of the life of a syndication deal. Position will compile the fund offerings, closing projections, and post close reports for the most complicated transactions and the transactions with our top investors.
This role will support the Director of Investor Strategy in communicating with investors on the details of the financial offerings and other investor financial needs. This position will play a key role in communicating with challenging investors and complicated transactions to secure investor commitments. Position will also take leadership role for other investor strategy analysts. This leadership role will include working with other analysts to recommend investor strategy in all asset classes, potential investors to target, and pricing analysis to the Director of Investor Strategy. There is a high level of financial expertise, leadership skills, and collaboration required.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
Coordinate investor needs with Sr. BDAs, Sr. PMs, and Sr. FMs
Compile Fund offering for complicated transactions/customers
Compile other complicated financial needs of investors
Advise, review, and work with other analysts on strategy recommendations
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
Typically 8 or more years of related experience in financial services industry
Preferred Skills/Experience
Leadership experience
MBA, CPA, JD, CFA or candidate for CFA, or comparable work experience
Advanced skills in financial analysis, understanding of financial models, and familiarity with internal rate of return concepts
Understanding of partnership tax returns, financial statements, tax concepts and/or partnership law and legal documents
Intermediate knowledge of risk assessment and evaluating targeted returns from investments
Self-starter and able to work in environment with minimal direction
Strong understanding of real estate and/or tax credit transactions across varying products
Strong statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills needed
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
*This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $126,820.00 - $149,200.00 - $164,120.00
