Overview
As a Financial Analyst with Susquehanna, you will be joining a compensation team that provides reporting and analysis of compensation expenses to accounting, finance, and executives. On our team you can expect to work directly with our global Payroll, Accounting/Tax, Operations, and Corporate Systems teams on new initiatives and projects in a dynamic environment.
In This Role You Will
Work with team members to:
- Understand, utilize, and create various employment documents to enable accurate compensation delivery to employees as well as input of approved compensation into our system of record.
- Manage consultant onboarding and offboarding processes
- Complete audits and reconciliations between various systems to ensure compensation data accuracy.
- Collaborate with our Corporate Systems team on compensation systems needs and BI reporting enhancements
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live data validation
- Facilitate compensation data normalization across global platforms and teams to build more standardized and robust global compensation expense reporting and analysis.
- Assist with bonus calculations and allocations to provide monthly bonus accruals to accounting and finance teams, in addition to payment totals to payroll teams, across multiple locations.
- Assist in compensation expense variance reporting including month-to-month and budget-to-actual comparisons while leveraging tools to automate manual processes.
- Collaborate with business partners to complete ad-hoc compensation reports and analyses.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be diligent and meticulous with attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience with advanced Excel functions (scripting experience is a plus)
- Requires highest degree of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
