Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Tax Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business and will be proficient with Microsoft 365, Including Excel. Prior tax experience is helpful, but not required.
In This Role You Will
- Perform data analysis and reconciliations
- Prepare and manage information reporting
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completing of tasks
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
- Leverage Alteryx for data processing and automation
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel and Power BI.
- Knowledge of accounting systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
- Strong analytical skills to review and interpret complex financial data.
- Experience in reconciling financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Proficiency in preparing and managing detailed reports.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
- Experience in creating interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to make efficient use of time.
- Experience with Alteryx preferred
