COMPANY: A growing investment management firm with over $25B+ AUM focused on hedge fund and private equity strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage confidential tasks and communications with discretion.
- Organize and maintain complex executive calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts efficiently.
- Schedule and coordinate critical meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure executives have all necessary materials and information for meetings.
- Plan and execute logistics for Board meetings, including scheduling, confirming attendance, and coordinating meals and events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.
- Process timesheets and expense reports accurately and on time.
- Handle special projects and provide support to other administrative staff when needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to assist as needed.
