Executive Assistant (C-Suite)

COMPANY: A growing investment management firm with over $25B+ AUM focused on hedge fund and private equity strategies.

Responsibilities:

Manage confidential tasks and communications with discretion.
Organize and maintain complex executive calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts efficiently.
Schedule and coordinate critical meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ensure executives have all necessary materials and information for meetings.
Plan and execute logistics for Board meetings, including scheduling, confirming attendance, and coordinating meals and events.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.
Process timesheets and expense reports accurately and on time.
Handle special projects and provide support to other administrative staff when needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree
10+ years of experience supporting senior executives
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Collaborative attitude and willingness to assist as needed.
