Our Team
The Entities data team is responsible for the creation and support of core entity data, assignment of risk allocation and corporate hierarchy research for over 7 million public and private companies. To accomplish this, the team relies on the design and implementation of data processing workflows that aim to meet our client’s timeliness, quality and coverage needs.
What's the Role?
We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for handling a portfolio of projects within the Entities and Classification data teams. You will use your expertise assisting the data set with the improvement of their products that use the documents we acquire.

- Use data visualization tools to tell a story while balancing multiple technical projects
- Build relationships with internal and external partners globally to understand their business needs in order to build consensus and strategies to deliver
- Use your expertise and leadership skills to lead project staff while identifying project risks and mitigating them
- Optimally communicate progress and success to partners in compelling, creative, and accessible ways
- Develop and deliver reporting and project documentation
- Provide training and upskilling initiatives for the team alongside creating and maintaining governance documentation
- Demonstrate understanding of the client and their needs to drive priorities and build further business value from our datasets
- Actively conduct process analysis and process engineering across business lines to improve operations
- Use scrum/agile methodology and tools for issue tracking, backlog management, collaboration, and process improvement
- Establish a center of excellence for operational analysis, and strive for continuous improvement in our workflows and take full on ownership of such workflows
You’ll Need To Have
- Please note we use years of experience as a guide but we certainly will consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary for the role.
- 2+ years of experience in project management and/or vendor management
- Ability to discuss deep technical concepts, lead cross-organizational teams, evaluate trade-offs and devise innovative solutions with engineers to deliver in a timely manner
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations
- Proven ability in handling priorities from multiple internal and external partners with a high degree of autonomy
- Proven skills for problem solving, particularly to modify and improve processes and workflows
- Project management skills including idea generation, prioritization, communication, and delivery
- Ability to explain technical processes and solutions to business stakeholders and management
We’d Love To See
- Experience working in a large organization with disparate sources and legacy systems
- Experience with Agile Software Development
- PMP certification (or similar) a plus
