Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technology Team Lead to spearhead our Collaboration and Productivity Technologies team. This role is pivotal in delivering premier collaboration and productivity services throughout our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in M365 technologies, outstanding leadership and management skills, a proven track record in managing complex projects, and a strong dedication to fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
In This Role, You Will
- Lead and manage a team of Collaboration and Productivity Technology specialists to deliver high-quality services and solutions.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Collaboration and Productivity technology strategy aligned with the organization’s overall business objectives .
- Identify , implement, and manage productivity tools and software to enhance organizational efficiency .
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of multiple collaboration and productivity environments globally.
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Liaise and collaborate with stakeholders to align Collaboration and Productivity services with organizational goals.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of all products under your domain space.
- Actively foster robust collaboration with key team leaders across Susquehanna offices, ensuring that our Collaboration and Productivity solutions address the unique needs of all regional teams and locations.
- Keep current with the latest M365 features and best practices.
- Manage relationships with vendors to ensure the best service and value for the organization.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in managing, implementing or championing strategic development of M365 services and solutions.
- Proven experience with M365 technologies, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Experience managing communications platforms in a regulated environment, preferably in the financial industry.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and a knack for creative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience influencing and motivating stakeholders across diverse levels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
