The Head of Channel Partnerships will be responsible for creating, developing, and managing a high-impact channel partner program focused on lead generation and revenue growth. This role will emphasize building strong relationships with channel partners who bring qualified leads, support pipeline development, and drive sales. Working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across departments, this individual will build a scalable partnership strategy with clear KPIs around lead generation and revenue from partnerships.
This is a hybrid role, with a strong preference for candidates who can work part-time in our office for team collaboration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Channel Partner Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive channel partner strategy that aligns with Linedata's revenue goals, focusing on lead generation and conversion.
- Partner Recruitment & Enablement: Identify, onboard, and enable channel partners who are positioned to generate high-quality leads for Linedata’s suite of SaaS solutions.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Development: Work with partners to drive a steady flow of qualified leads and co-manage the lead pipeline with Linedata’s sales team to ensure a seamless handoff and high conversion rates.
- Revenue Accountability: Set and achieve specific revenue targets attributable to channel partners. Monitor partner performance, focusing on lead quality, pipeline contribution, and closed-won revenue.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop joint go-to-market initiatives, training materials, and co-marketing campaigns that support partner success.
- Negotiation & Agreement Structuring: Lead negotiations and structure agreements with partners that incentivize lead generation and revenue growth.
- Market Research & Partner Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities to refine the partner ecosystem and enhance revenue outcomes.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Define KPIs and reporting metrics around lead generation, partner-sourced revenue, and partner contribution to pipeline. Report regularly to executive leadership on partnership performance and impact.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in channel partnerships, business development, or similar roles within the fintech, SaaS, or financial services sectors.
- Proven track record of building and scaling channel partner programs with an emphasis on lead generation and revenue growth.
- Strong skills in partner recruitment, enablement, and management with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with experience in structuring agreements that drive shared success.
- Knowledge of the fintech ecosystem, including asset management, credit, and lending markets.
- Data-driven mindset with demonstrated experience in tracking and optimizing partnership performance against KPIs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a SaaS company or enterprise-level tech environment with a focus on channel-driven growth.
- Deep understanding of enterprise software and financial technology sales cycles.
- Existing network within the fintech and financial services industry that can be leveraged to accelerate channel partner growth.
