The Treasury Data Analytics function is an integrated function within Treasury that enables the data solutions required for Balance Sheet and Treasury Management functions. This team of data experts brings a combination of technical know-how and Treasury experience in order to build a robust and connected modeling ecosystem.
We are seeking a Director – Treasury Data Analytics to be a hands-on leader as the organization tackles several key regulatory initiatives.
In This Role, You Will
- Collaborate with other Treasury Data Owners, the Finance Innovation Team and Enterprise Technology teams to build a collective vision for Treasury’s future data solutions
- Deeply integrate into several key regulatory initiatives to orchestrate the development of data capabilities representative of leading industry practices
- Work with Finance partners and Transformation team to adopt an integrated and robust infrastructure to effectively measure and manage risk across Finance by steering implementation of models and methodologies.
- Demonstrate thought leadership and establish best practices with respect to the implementation of business led development within modeling and analytical teams.
What you have
Required
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 12+ years of related work experience
- Demonstrated detailed knowledge of finance and/or risk management.
- Deep knowledge of broker dealer and bank risk management capabilities
- Deep knowledge of Cloud Data Architecture and best practices
- Expertise in object-oriented programming and/or Python
- Experienced with financial systems and financial data.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, critical thinking skills.
- Ability to translate sophisticated business problems into discrete quantifiable components.
- Ability to think and lead under stress.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred
- MBA preferred.
- CFA, CPA or FRM professional designation preferred.
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
