The State Street Alpha E2E Product Solutions team is looking for a qualified leader with strong experience in project management, analysis, system flows and business architecture to execute on ensure that our front-to-back solutions meet our client commitments (bring them to life).
The successful candidate must be highly organized, have a deep understanding of our Front, Middle and Back Office product sets, be able to navigate the various product organizations in order to provide a seamless E2E solution delivery. The Product Enablement lead will be responsible for working in conjunction with the client and product implementation teams and solution architects on any issues that arise that require cross-coordination across product capabilities. Whereas the primary objective will be to deliver on client-specific commitments, they will also share their learnings into the product teams to ensure that solutions are designed strategically on a go-forward basis.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage a team of E2E Solution analysts
- Triage and manage cross-product gaps and defects that arise from new client engagements or from clients that are being implemented
- Influence future product and architecture designs via learnings from the field
- Work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand issues that go across product sets and design solutions that will work for immediate implementation while considering the medium and long-term product design and roadmap
- Collaborate with product owners to align short term solutions with long term road maps
- Support business analysis and requirements definition
- Work with Client Solution managers and track client feedback/requests and incorporate in product road map where appropriate.
- Work closely with Business, Data and Solution Architecture to ensure alignment with strategic goals and key business decisions regarding products, services and key business initiatives.
- Understand the firm’s strategic plans, business, process and architecture and apply that knowledge in the solution design
- Work with Global Delivery, Charles River, and back office business units to assess and streamline processes in order to mitigate risk, cost or service issues and generate efficiencies
- Manage demand that would come from clients that are being implemented but also certain BAU clients that are experiencing E2E integration issues

- Strong analytical skills including process analysis. Very strong interest in the underlying detail of the analysis is a must.
- Demonstrate excellent process and project management skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, balance key tasks and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable facilitating project working groups and possesses strong data gathering skills.
- Extensive knowledge of State Street platforms including Alpha, Charles River, MCH, RKS is desired (Internal Candidates only)
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in investment operations, project management, client implementation and/or business analysis.
- Experience integrating with other industry software providers to promote platform interoperability
- Prior experience leading large scale client conversions and onboarding efforts in the financial industry
- Knowledge of products and processes related to the financial services industry would be an advantage, as is related experience in technology strategy or in a client service or business function and / or management consulting.
- Experience with designing new solutions by analyzing requirements, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications.

- Domestic and/or international travel and flexible working hours may be required (i.e. weekend working and extended hours on occasion, linked to client assignments and project deadlines.)
- Candidate must be self-assured and react well within critical deadline situations
- Ability to navigate and negotiate in complex situations with cross functional teams

Salary Range
$170,000 - $267,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
