Job Description
The AV & Technology Production Lead role will have responsibility to producing & lead our AV internal events globally at Datasite along with other members of the organization. They will also look into the future of our AV technology at Datasite. They will need to have a good understanding on how to run and produce Town Halls/Webinars/Conferences for internal and external meetings. Will Coordinate with teams in IT and other areas of the business to run events and bring future technology to the events. Also be expected to join the team in other Technology projects on going.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Produce/Configure and lead Town Halls/Webinars/Conferences
- Research and deliver new AV IT technology’s that can be used within the business
- Knowledge of technology vendors and systems being used for the future
- Performs assigned tasks and duties under direct supervision or written instructions
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience is required
Experience
- 3-6 years professional IT experience in the Audio-Visual Field
- Excellent working knowledge of AV Systems to produce Town Halls/Conference/Webinars Internally and Externally
- Enjoys Technology and always wants the latest and greatest
- Good Industry knowledge of technology’s out there for Companies to use in Offices or remotely
- Performs some advanced functions as part of training and development.
- Resolves routine questions and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher levels
- Experience in MS Teams
- Experience in ON24
- Experience in Zoom
- Works in a manner that is not disruptive to peers, supervisors and/or subordinates.
- Maintains regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer’s sole discretion.
- Maintains availability and willingness to work such days and hours as the employer determines are necessary or desirable to meet its business needs.
- Periodic on-call duty.
- General knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, and database software or office productivity tools in a Windows environment. Personal computer hardware knowledge.
- Excellent communications skills and customer service attitude.
- Organization and analysis skills, problem solving ability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Physical Demands
- Typical office environment which includes extended periods of time sitting or standing, working on a personal computer, typing, using a mouse, using a phone, and participating in video conferences, etc.
- Must be able to move 30 pounds from floor to shoulder height, work in tight enclosures and/or go up ladders to connect wires.
- Minimal travel may be required.
- 5% weekend on-call work required.
The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position. Datasite reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
Salary Range - $88,236 - $148,620
