Job Summary
The Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping the marketing strategy positioning for the company’s suite of products. This role involved developing and executing go-to market strategies, creating targeted messaging that aligns with customer success teams. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to effectively bring products to market, leveraging data-driven insights and customer feedback to refine strategies. The role demands a hands-on-approach, strategic thinking, and the ability to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Responsibilities
Product launch
- Determine launch approach (MVP, Early Access, GA), product market fit milestones, level and type of marketing needed for a given launch tier, and field readiness across revenue and customer experience function
- Spearhead successful product launches by synchronizing efforts across teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful introduction of our solutions to the market
- Plan and execute integrated marketing programs to maximize, visibility, reach and impact of product launches
Messaging and positioning
- Develop positioning, messaging, and identify the Ideal Customer Profile for our GTM vertical segments, including credit, equity, and fund administration; with a focus on credit
- Craft unique product positioning and messaging that appeals to both technical and lay audiences, aligned with Allvue’s objectives and customer needs
- Champion Allvue’s products internally and externally, driving awareness and understanding of the unique benefits our solutions offer
Sales enablement
- Collaborate with the demand generation team members to develop solution-specific marketing programs to our different personas
- Support GTM readiness through the development and delivery of sales enablement tools (e.g. FAQs, data sheets, presentations, and demos)
- Create compelling content for all stages of the funnel with a focus on mid-to-bottom of funnel content
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- 5+ year track record of success driving product B2B SaaS marketing strategies and go-to-market programs of scale (e.g., over $50M in annual revenue) and launching and scaling products or markets
- Strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach to tasks
- Experience marketing to CFOs, fund managers, investor relations professionals, and IT decision makers
- Skilled with PCs and Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Canva, WordPress, and HubSpot is beneficial
Education/Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on fintech, financial services or similar industry like consulting, investment banking, private equity, or private debt
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in the alternative investment space

- The target compensation for this role is specific to the US. Your estimated compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, licensures and/or certifications and the local market. The estimated range for the role is $120,000 - $150,000.
