Your Team Responsibilities
The Climate Technical program management team is responsible for driving technical execution of climate product and solution development bridging product, coverage, engineering, data and research to collaborate and execute product development and maintenance and delight clients.
Your Key Ressponsibilities
Develop and advocate for product vision, build the roadmap, interact with clients to collect feedback, work cross-functionally with design, marketing, customer support, etc. over the product or feature lifecycle, from ideation through launch and beyond. · Build and manage partnerships with all key internal and external stakeholders, partners, customers. · Define and drive technical delivery of strategic programs. · Define and measure program feature success metrics to drive features with business value. · Effectively communicate program plans, progress towards business goals, and status through reports, reporting back to steering committees and business owners based on business objectives and strategy as identified initially. · Build program collateral, requirements specifications, functional and technical design, own & manage the backlog. · Drive strategic decisions and execution to help build strategic initiatives to improve customer experience. · Additional aspects of the role may include operations or business development or aligning multiple internal business or development teams.
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
Degree in computer science or related technical, math, or scientific field, or equivalent work experience. · Deep experience in owning and driving the ‘What & Why,' technical depth to influence the ‘How,' driving execution across globally matrixed teams, making reversible decisions and critical trade-offs. · Experience in defining success metrics & outcomes and making data-driven decisions to influence feature priorities. · Experience working with clients, technical teams, and management to collect and translate customer/business needs into detailed product requirements and functional/technical specs. · Hands-on experience with one or more cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, Oracle, Alibaba, ...) used as the technology building blocks. · Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, specifically writing skills and formal presentation skills to engineers, the leadership team, non-technical partners, and customers. · Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle. · Experience working on agile development teams.
