Integrated Marketing Specialists work on marketing collateral and outreach such as pitchbooks, email campaigns, product collateral, webinars, and website content. They convey our messaging and position us in our marketing material consistently across our US private wealth product offerings. As part of our growing Private Wealth initiative, we are hiring an integrated marketing specialist who will be responsible for our US Private Wealth evergreen portfolios.
Key activities:
- Maintaining core content and messaging for US Private Wealth portfolios (currently three with more on the horizon) including pitch book & factsheet template updates.
- Preparing, optimizing and publishing digital content for multiple channels and targeted campaigns
- Preparation of compelling content for client publications and client events, including advisor academies, webinars, regional events, etc.
- Monitor and leverage firm-wide content to ensure consistent, timely, and educational messaging in core private wealth materials.
- Partner with compliance to deliver approved marketing materials in timely fashion.
What we expect
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience and demonstrated success in a similar role in the financial industry; must be skilled in PowerPoint and presentation management
- Strong academic credentials with a degree in communications, business administration, finance or economics
- Strong writing skills, and a solid understanding of the financial industry/private markets. Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, and the ability to produce convincing and visually appealing presentations from complex materials for both in person presentations and large-scale events.
- Prior knowledge of email campaigns and a willingness to learn new technologies for distribution a plus
- Ability to work within a matrix organization with numerous stakeholders and a global team that is spread out across several offices.
- Passionate, highly motivated with a proven ability to handle high workload and sensitive timelines.

- Partners Group compensation has a long-term outlook and philosophy, and our total compensation emphasizes performance based long term incentives. Base pay range for this role is $87,000 - $106,000 and a performance-based bonus and equity are additional parts of the total compensation package
